Heathrow Chauffeur Service

How a Heathrow pickup works

  1. Send us your flight number when you book. We track the flight, so if it lands early or late the pickup time moves with it. You don’t need to call us.
  2. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal (2, 3, 4 or 5) with a name board.
  3. They take your luggage and walk you to the car, parked a few minutes away in the terminal short-stay car park.
  4. 45 minutes of waiting time and parking are included in the airport transfer price, so a long queue at passport control or a slow baggage belt is not a problem.

Departures to Heathrow

For departures we work back from your flight time: the airline’s check-in and bag-drop deadline, your terminal, and the traffic at that time of day. Your chauffeur arrives at your hotel, home or office with time to spare and drops you at the departures forecourt of the right terminal.

Early-morning flights and late-night arrivals are normal for us: we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Heathrow to central London: what to expect

Heathrow is about 15 miles west of central London. The drive to Mayfair, Knightsbridge or Westminster usually takes 45–60 minutes, and to the City or Canary Wharf 60–80 minutes. In the weekday morning and evening peaks it takes longer.

If you are going straight from the plane into a meeting, give us the address and the meeting time and we will plan the pickup around it. The car has Wi-Fi, so the drive can be used for calls and emails. What is said in the car stays in the car.
